Stretch his creative muscles further, Steven creates a special cake base blending croustillant and puff pastry to form rich textures, and tops it with génoise, elderflower gel handmade from extraction of elderflower liqueur, lemon cream and elderflower mousse. Painted in a hue of vibrant yellow on top, this cake expresses Chef Steven’s artisan depiction of the vibrant summer.
