  • The eShop promotion items are available for purchase through The St. Regis Hong Kong eShop.
  • All eShop items purchased are nonrefundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services. No reissue and no cancellation allowed; cannot be reused, cannot exchange for cash, resold or be used to purchase other items or services.
  • EShop items purchased cannot be used for resale, or other commercial activities without the written consent of The St. Regis Hong Kong.
  • All eShop items cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional privileges, including but not limited to Marriott Bonvoy™ benefits, discounted items, credit card discounts, vouchers, promotional menus, room service, banquets, events and meetings.
  • All eShop e-ticket are for one-time use only. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the e-ticket.
  • All e-gift cash voucher valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase thereon and cannot be extended.
  • Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon redemption by Marriott Bonvoy™ members; cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or benefits upon redemption.
  • All eShop items must be redeemed and used only for the selected items at The St. Regis Hong Kong.
  • All eShop promotion items purchased must be redeemed on the date, time, and venue selected, invalid after expiration.
  • The Cakes and Pastries item requires advance order and available for redemption and pick up at The Drawing Room, located on 2/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12pm to 8pm.
  • In Hong Kong, it is illegal to sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years. Similar restrictions apply in other jurisdictions. By placing an order with The St. Regis Hong Kong, the Customer confirms and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years old. At the time of your dining experience, we may request proof of age from the person accepting the order.
  • The Spa promotion and retail product e-tickets must be redeemed and used at The Athletic Club and Spa at The St. Regis Hong Kong, located on 7/F of the hotel.
  • All Spa promotion e-ticket is only valid for the period stated on the QR code e-ticket upon purchase thereon and cannot be changed or extended.
  • Spa treatment non-peak days are Mondays to Thursdays. Peak days are Friday to Sunday and Public Holiday.
  • All Spa reservation are subject to availability, please contact The Athletic Club & Spa at srhk.spa@stregis.com; or call +852 2138 6998 for treatment reservation. Cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours or no show will incur a 100% charge.
  • Hotel operating hours include restaurants and Spa & Fitness, and swimming pool are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Kindly advise The Athletic Club & Spa of any special health condition, pregnant, allergies or injuries, which may affect your service when making your Spa reservation. Please consult your doctor prior using the heat and water facilities. The Athletic Club & Spa is not responsible for any adverse effect which may arise from any treatment
  • Minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 18 and Fitness Centre is 16
  • A 10% service charge applies based on the original price, and the full amount payable will be reflected at check-out.

  • Eshop items and reservations to restaurants and spa is available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability. Advance reservation is required and will not be adjusted or extended once the purchase is made. All purchase are non-refundable.
  • Hotel operating hours include restaurants and Spa & Fitness are subject to change without prior notice.
  • E-ticket with QR code must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
  • Blackout dates apply for all eShop promotion items include dining and spa e-voucher, blackout dates include all festive and public holidays.
  • Any unredeemed e-tickets will not be valid after the expiration date and cannot be extended.
  • A “No-show” fee equals to the items purchased applied, and is nonrefundable.
  • Please be advised that we observe a smart casual dress code at all restaurants. Long trousers, covered shoes and sleeved shirts are required for gentlemen.
  • Product images are for illustrative purpose and reference only and may differ from the actual product.
  • During the transaction, you may receive a payment authorization SMS from your credit card carrier or bank, this does not mean that the transaction has been processed, if the transaction is successful, the payer will receive a confirmation email for validation.
