This special single malt whisky has been created to commemorate Sir Peter Blake's visit to The Macallan Estate on the legendary River Spey. An Estate, A Community, and A Distillery tells the story of some of the colorful characters from The Macallan's past and present and features a label digitally designed by Sir Peter himself.
The Macallan Lead Whisky Maker, Sarah Burgess, was inspired by Sir Peter Blake's character to create a whisky classic in style with surprising notes of treacle and black pepper.

- The purchased items are available for redemption and pick up at The Drawing Room, located on 2/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12pm to 8pm.
- Under the law of Hong Kong, alcohol must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The person may be required to present identification for proof of age upon pick up or the order shall be withdrawn.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date at The St. Regis Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
