One of the most famous classic cocktail created in 1874 with rye whiskey, it originated at the Manhattan Club in New York by Jenny Jerome, a socialite at the time, who later became known as the mother of Winston Churchill.
The original "Manhattan cocktail" was a mix of American Whiskey, Italian Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters. However, The St. Regis Hong Kong's Manhattan twist is a whiskey based cocktail with slight bitterness and some herbal undertones from the cherry infused bitters and vermouth, we recommend serving this neat.
