- The purchased items are available for redemption and pick up at The Drawing Room, located on 2/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 3pm to 6pm.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date at The St. Regis Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
