- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- E-voucher is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date at The St. Regis Hong Kong, and cannot be extended.
- Under all circumstances, items purchased cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole, non-transferable and non-refundable; cannot be used for promotional activities without the written consent of The St. Regis Hong Kong.
- E-voucher applies to all food & beverage consumption, The Athletic Club & Spa, all other hotel facilities or services and rooms at The St. Regis Hong Kong, no black-out dates applied.
- E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, and is not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon redemption by Marriott Bonvoy™ members.
- E-voucher needs to be purchased at least one day in advance and cannot be redeemed on day.
- E-voucher cannot be used to offset/ cannot be refunded on any prepaid charges. The voucher cannot be reproduced and/or copied.
- No refund will be made if the consumption is less than the face value of the voucher.
- E-voucher must be presented upon arrival at the restaurants, hotel reception or at the Athletic Club & Spa.

- The St. Regis Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of this voucher without prior notice and final decisions in case of any dispute.
