- E-voucher is valid for dine-in at L'Envol during lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM, and dinner between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM, valid for six months (180 days) from the date of purchase with blackout dates apply including public holidays, festive day and eves, invalid after expiration.
- Under the law of Hong Kong, alcohol must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The person may be required to present identification for proof of age upon redemption or the order shall be withdrawn.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Under all circumstances, items purchased cannot be exchanged for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable; cannot be used for promotional activities without the written consent of The St. Regis Hong Kong.
- A 10% service charge is included.
- Advance reservation is required prior to e-voucher redemption. Please contact L'Envol team at srhk.lenvol@stregis.com or call +852 2138 6818. Reservation is available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.
- E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, and is not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon redemption by Marriott Bonvoy™ members.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used at The St. Regis Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
