Executive Chinese Chef Hung Chi-Kwong's homemade X.O. sauce recipe includes ingredients such as dried shrimp, dried scallops, and cured ham. Dry shallots and garlic are sautéed until fragrant, and the sauce is soaked in homemade chili oil. This sauce is characterized by its rich aroma and flavorful taste, making it an excellent pairing with turnip cake.

- Chinese New Year pudding gift sets are available for redemption and pick up at Rùn, located on 2/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Order must be placed at least 48 hours in advance before pick-up and subject to availability.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date at The St. Regis Hong Kong; invalid after expiration. Unredeemed Chinese New Year puddings will be sent to local charities after the redemption period.
- Under all circumstances, items purchased cannot be exchanged for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable; cannot be used for promotional activities without the written consent of The St. Regis Hong Kong.
