Rùn Chinese New Year Turnip Cake
Executive Chinese Chef Hung Chi-Kwong's homemade turnip cake presents a tantalizingly delicious taste. The dried shrimp are roasted until crispy and ground into powder. Local preserved meats are added, combining their unique flavors with the crispy shrimp to create a more diverse texture. Chef Hung also uses Korean turnip, which has a distinct texture and sweetness, adding an extra layer to the cake.

Terms & Conditions
  • Chinese New Year puddings are available for redemption and pick up at Rùn, located on 2/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Order must be placed at least 48 hours in advance before pick-up and subject to availability.
  • QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
  • Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date at The St. Regis Hong Kong; invalid after expiration. Unredeemed Chinese New Year puddings will be sent to local charities after the redemption period.
  • Under all circumstances, items purchased cannot be exchanged for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable; cannot be used for promotional activities without the written consent of The St. Regis Hong Kong.
