Terms & Conditions
- Only available for redeem and use on 7/F at The St. Regis Hong Kong on the chosen date, invalid after expiration.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date at The St. Regis Hong Kong; invalid after expiration.
- The poolside bar is opened from 12:00 PM to 5:59 PM (last food order at 5:00 PM and last drink order at 5:15 PM).
- Under all circumstances, items purchased cannot be exchanged for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable; cannot be used for promotional activities without the written consent of The St. Regis Hong Kong.
- Prices are subject to 10% service charge and will be charged at checkout on E-Shop.
- Advance reservation is required for all spa treatments and confirmation subject to availability, please email The Athletic Club & Spa at srhk.spa@stregis.com; or call +852 2138 6998 for reservation. Cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours or no show will incur a 100% charge.
- Operating hours of The Athletic Club & Spa are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please advise The Athletic Club & Spa of any special health condition, pregnant, allergies or injuries, which may affect your service when making your Spa reservation. Please consult your doctor prior using the heat and water facilities. The Athletic Club & Spa is not responsible for any adverse effect which may arise from any treatment.
- Minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 18 and Fitness Centre is 16.
- E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, and is not exchangeable or refundable for cash. Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon redemption by Marriott Bonvoy™ members.
